How to Stop Crowding Your Life

--

Your overwhelm, emotional outbursts, and procrastination habits are unhealthy coping mechanisms because your life is crowded.

Overcrowding is when you are past your threshold and are spiraling.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👁 Crowding is the step right before that and when joy starts to diminish. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

💥Either your mind is bouncing around from one branch to another OR your focus/concentration actually creates more ‘rushing’ to get this done and that finished.⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌳 Your day is over as if you are watching it with fuzzy, slow-moving blinking eyes.

Does it sound similar to overcrowding?

Sure. It’s a thin line of difference between it and crowding. The energy usage and output are degrees of chaos for both.

The key question is — how did you get to crowding your life in the first place? Do you even know you’re doing it anymore?

Some ways in which it originates:

🌟 Your values such as “I am here to serve” which is based on diminished self-worth

🌟 Your beliefs such as “I am not enough if my plate is not full to the edge” (lack mindset/running away)
